Terms of Service for Custom Crosshair

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Custom Crosshair mobile application ("App") provided by Sule Coskun ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Custom Crosshair is a mobile application that allows users to create, customize, save, and share crosshair configurations for various first-person shooter games. The App offers both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 User Profile

You may create a profile with information such as username, full name, bio, game ranks, favorite agents, and social media links. You are solely responsible for the content you provide in your profile.

4. User Content

4.1 Crosshair Configurations

You retain ownership of the crosshair configurations you create. By sharing crosshair configurations through our App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

The App offers premium features available through subscription. Pricing and details of premium features are displayed in the App.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. All subscription management, including cancellations, is handled through your App Store account settings.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including RevenueCat for subscription management, Supabase for backend services, and AdMob for advertisements. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sule Coskun and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limitations on Use

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App
• Copy or reproduce any part of the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• Transfer your account or rights to another person

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
